Congratulations Clan Mates!
It was a convincing win, which is nice to have again after the past two weeks of nail-biting finishes. Great job 3-starring their bases!..... We 3-starred the enemy, all the way up to their # 28, then, all the way through to their #14. From there, it was 2-stars all the way to #4. What a great effort Team!
'Perfect Attendance' still alludes us: we made 87 of 90 attacks. My hopes for the upcoming weeks is that we can consistently have every single person make both their attacks. We've always allowed for Clan Mates to take a War off whenever they need to if they may not be available to make both attacks. Please use that option if you need to.
This week's War Stats are posted below, and beneath that, I'm attaching a Survey on DIBs. There's been good discussions about whether to keep it or not, and, if we did keep it, what should change. I'm interested in getting a better sense of where all of our Clan Mates stand on it.
Thank you for all you do to help the War Effort!

Additional note by EddieP:
Here's another graph for your viewing pleasure: The number of stars won, in total, as a function of time. What becomes clear from these data is that most of our stars come in the first few hours of war. 50% are won in the first 2.5 hours and about 90% are won in the first 8 hours. Another interesting feature is the "final push" at the end near 24 hours. This end stage is absolutely crucial to winning closely matched wars, as we learned painfully a few weeks ago.

What's the moral of the story? Certainly, it means you can't expect to grab 6 stars if you show up after the first 10 hours (but we already knew that). Perhaps it also means that a system needs to be in place to ensure that we match our attacks to the best targets in the early hours. Whether the old system of assignments by Aki or this new DIBS system is the best way to do so remains open for debate....
