In the previous wars and then we had to spend alot more of our attacks on the "Clean Up" Phase than "First attack" Phase, which now our focus is more of ignoring the top players (whether it's by number or by my Strategy), until even later on in the Clean Up Phase. I'm the prime example of "attacking a slightly higher base for a semi-difficult 2-star" where I'm #20 and i try to aim for that #14, which even though I may be using Gowipe, it would have been more beneficial to attack someone let's say #24 which I felt could have been inferior, but could gain that extra star from 2-stars into a 3-star instead. In summary try to aim lower instead of higher until we get more later on into the "Clean Up" Phase. Don't be a Hero. (Speaking about myself mostly...)
You may see that from mostly #1-12 have been 'greyed' out in the Scouting, as it is made so that we focus on the other numbers first before we touch those bases. More details on that later.

Now here comes a part where I feel alittle uncomfortable with, but at the same time, it's constructive criticism aimed to improve everyone's overall base design. In our previous war, we have been 3 Starred alot more than we should have been, and even though it's because they have strong attackers, it's partially the base design is what makes it so it keeps attackers out. Some bases that we have are too easily 3-starrable/ or could be fixed in a better way. As I've been planning these wars, I find that White Flag bases, tend to be better at defending that third star from being taken, and I do highly recommend people give White Flag bases a try, since they waste alot more time compared to normal compact bases, and in return save that 3rd star from being taken. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-O3mGODpHxc video provided by Ankit showing an example).
